Division: Collectors Universe
Collectors Universe, Inc. is looking for a full time Shipping Clerk. The Shipping Clerk is responsible for verifying the completeness of all packages and processing the orders through our internal shipping systems. The position is based in Santa Ana, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sort all orders by return carrier service.
- Verify order correctness and completeness.
- Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape and attach outside label.
- Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have computer skills. Knowledge of personal computers and associated business software such as Windows, Word and Excel. Ability to look up clients orders and address information; Ability to run manifests and pick up slips.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 60 lbs.
